At Sparks Warehouse, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home improvement purchase. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return most items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Sparks Warehouse account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, manuals, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your return portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
